Cancellation Policy for Technical Meetings:
Our event venues charge the IMA Austin Area Chapter based on our RSVP numbers. The Austin Area Chapter is billed for all members who RSVP, including those who do not attend the meeting. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so before 72 hours prior to the event date. This will allow us ample time to notify the venue of our expected attendance and to finalize the food/beverage order.
Cancellations must be received at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to an event to receive a full refund. Cancellations may be made by emailing ima_austin@yahoo.com. Please include your full name and the date of the event.
